December 7, 2007, Dalian Xinhua’s 5^th Anniversary of OCN Service Centre

Dalian Xinhua held its 5^th anniversary of OCN Service Centre at Air China Plaza in 7^th of December. OCN Service Centre has been providing the operation of ISP application process for NTT COM. Xinhua invited the relevant principals from NTT to the pageant for celebrating the operation being processed successfully for five years.
